We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

3. Your Statutory Rights
Cooling-off period: By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for downloadable items, personalised items, or cd roms. Please see the following Delivery & Returns section for full details.
4. Delivery & Returns
Delivery: We endeavour to provide delivery within 7 working days of the receipt of your order. You will receive an e-mail when your order is dispatched. Please note that we have several warehouses so if your order contains multiple items, goods may be dispatched separately - this will be at no extra cost to you.
Returns: By law you have a 7 day cooling-off period to return unwanted goods for a refund. Please note that goods must be returned in their original condition, and unless goods were sent to you incorrectly or are damaged or defective, the postage costs for returns are your responsibility. If you wish to cancel an order within the 7 day cooling-off period, please send us an e-mail stating your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return, and we will reply with instructions.
If you have received damaged or defective goods: Please send us an e-mail within 7 days of receipt stating your order number and a full explanation of the problem. We will reply with instructions and depending on the type of goods you will be entitled to either a replacement or full refund for the faulty items. You will also be entitled to a refund of your return postage costs if the returned goods are confirmed to be faulty.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning items to us.
5. Pricing & Availability
We do our best to ensure prices and availability of items are correct on the website, but despite our efforts there may be occasions where goods have been mispriced on the website or items are out of stock.
Prices on all orders are checked prior to dispatch, so if we find an item has been mispriced on the website we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.
If you order an item which is unavailable we will contact you by e-mail to inform you that the item is out of stock. If this happens we will offer an alternative item of equal or higher value if you do not wish to wait for new stock to arrive, or a full refund for the item.
